Can you get to Alberobello without a car without having to take a train from Bari?

Is there a bus to Alberobello that makes it easy to visit as a day or 1/2 day trip from either Polignano, Monopoli, or Ostuni?

Monopoli train station, taxi to Alberobello, about 50€.
That is what I had to pay. Could not find any other way.
