Has anyone been successful in purchasing colosseum tickets in the last few days? I get all the way through the reservation queue where it asks for the First Name, Last Name, Country, Email, and Phone Number, but when I click "Buy Now" it takes me to a blank page and then clears out my cart. Am I missing something? It never gets a point where it asks for my credit card info. What's odd is when I go back to start the process over again and try to reserve a new time, the previous spots I was trying to reserve have been deducted from the bank of available time spots. For example, there were 38 spots available, it wouldn't let me pay for the 2 that I wanted to buy. But when I start all over, it says there's only 36 available now.

It was 30 days when I purchased. But I don't think it showed availability before then. Hmmm.
Maybe try a different browser?

Just guessing but it could be an issue with your credit card; it might need an additional layer of security. This is an older thread but still applies, as far as I know; click on some of the links it contains for more info on 3rd layer security plus some other suggestions for resolving ticketing snags.
This is assuming that you're trying to buy tickets for days and time slots they're available. Yes, it is possible for them to record your slots as purchased but if they don't have your credit info, the sales won't go through and the slots will become available again. Still frustrated? Try buying through the call center:
