The hotel made reservations for me at the Accademia at a time I don't think I will be able to make. Somehow we had a miss communication because I didn't ask for the reservation(but in an earlier email had inquired about it). Can these reservations be cancelled?? It appears that no one at the hotel speaks english so it has been hard to communicate with them. If I have to pay then so be it, I am not going to let a little problem ruin anything, but if I can cancel than I would like to. ????
