My husband and I have an extra day in the Bologna area. We've already booked a day of factory tours, and allocated a day to wander around the city. Can anyone recommend a half-day (or less) cooking class?

My wife went to Bologna Cooking School (that is its name) not far from the train station. She lovedit and it gets excellent reviews form others.

Vecchia Scuola Bolognese-we had a great time making pasta and then got to eat it.
