I have unsuccessfully been looking to reserve a camper van for 9 days from Milan to Venice. Does anybody know of a company that would rent one way. The least expensive rate i received was a Milan and back to Milan - no one way for $2,946 incl. taxes et al. Is this par for the course or will I need to rent a car?

I just checked AutoEurope's website online and they do rent camper vans one way. In fact, Venice is one of their drop off cities. On their website, check under the "car rentals" heading and scroll down to motor homes. I guess you fill out a request form and they get back to you. I also wonder if you could call them directly. You could also check with Kemwel online. They are an affiliate of AutoEurope and sometimes have cheaper prices. Good luck and have a great trip!
