Campania Express train from Sorrento to Naples Garibaldi

Runs year around. I see they are available for sale, at least the dates I checked. Were you checking in 2027?

Looking on the Campania Express website, I see prices listed for every day up to and including September 30. Perhaps wait a few days and try again.

October 2026, I’ll wait a few days to see if reservations open up then. Thanks.

Hi, Giangilberto from Milan here, Campania Express is a seasonal train handled by EAV, not Trenitalia, you've got to check their websites is the only official website, eavsrl.it, I think that their customer care only answer in italian, so if you need it I can have a look for you, no seats available probably could be because the train is sold out or that date ar not still opens.
My advice, Circumvesuviana trains run from Sorrento to Napoli Garibaldi all year long, everyday, no reservation need, will be more crowded and probably no AC but is a valid option.

I would concur with the previous poster, the express train is no faster, it may be less crowded, but I would not wait around for an express train when the regular on will get you there sooner. I would just wait until you get there, take the first available train, express or not

I found this. It's been temporarily suspended because it was infringing on much needed rail traffic by locals.
