Can this be used for the 10Eu fee for Mt Vesuvius? Also, looks like it doesn't cover ferries, funicular or buses on Capri. Am I reading this correctly? Thanks!

No, it can't be used for the bus to Vesuvius. Nor on Capri.
It covers: bus, metro and funicular in Naples.
The Circumvesuvian between Naples and Sorrento and the Sita busses along the Amalfi Coast.

When I was in Napoli in June, the card had been suspended. Be sure it is available before you make plans to use it.
