I am sort of confused about this discount card. I will be taking the train from Naples to Sorrento. Will be in Sorrento 6 days. Would I benefit from buying this card? We plan on going to Pompeii and would hope to use it for bus travel throughout the coast. Does it include the Circumvesuviana train as well as the buses or the ferry?

your confusion is understandable since there are several versions of the card. If you get the "3 days all sites" it includes all the rides you want on the Circumvesuviana train (I know because I've used it for that). Not sure about the bus service, and the ferry is only good for 1 return trip.
