Camera degli Sposi in Mantua (Mantova) time limit

There is a 5 minute time limit for seeing the Camera degli Sposi. https://www.mantovaducale.beniculturali.it/en/informazioni/hospitality

However, a 2019 post said it wasn't actually enforced. https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/italy/advice-about-visiting-the-camera-degli-sposi-in-mantua-mantova

Has anyone visited more recently and been allowed to stay beyond 5 minutes? We'd like to go in mid-November.

Ha! That was me in the 2019 post saying we stayed in the Camera degli Sposi as long as we wanted to in September! Surely in mid-November nobody pays any attention to the time limit, but I hope someone with more recent experience can reassure you and I also hope that you will report back. Five minutes is a ridiculously short time for those frescoes, but the room must get super crowded in summer.

We were there last fall (October). Small groups entered together. There was a guard who monitored the time. We were in the space 5-10 minutes at the most before we had to move on. Enforcement may depend on time of year, number of tickets sold, etc.

Also time of day, mid-week or weekend, the particular guard, school or tour groups visiting.
