Calabria Travel - private drivers, local tour guides, etc? Help

Im looking for some expert help or experience. I see it's easy to find local tour guides, drivers in Italy but Im having trouble locating local drivers, tour guides of Calabria area. I want to visit Fagnano Castello for a day next July. This is where my family is from. I have a cousin there I never met and would like to see my Grandmother's house where she was born. Im looking for a guide to pick us up at our hotel, haven't booked that yet , it depends where we can get a driver/guide, take us to the village for the day visit my cousin for a bit, look around, lunch, then back to the hotel. I am sure they have these type of people but how do I find them?

Thank you,
Gina

Hopefully someone who has better information than I will reply, but I would start by contacting the tourist information office in Cosenza. Good luck!

Are you in communication with your cousin? The cousin may have some ideas.

You didn't say where you are traveling from. My sister-in-law and I are taking the RS South of Italy tour in May. It ends in Naples. From there we will go to Mongrassano Calabria, the village where her grandparents were from. It's about 15 miles southeast of Fagnano Castello. After much thought, deliberation and advise from the forum, we are renting a car at Naples airport Saturday and driving to Calabria. We are staying one night in San Marco Argentano 2 miles north of Mongrassano. We will drive back to Naples on Sunday. We feel this will give us the most time on a tight schedule to explore the area and search for family.

While researching how to travel to Mongrassano, my first reaction was take the train to Paola then rent a car. However, renting from Hertz in Naples is a better option for us. Using Google, I found the following bus transport company in Paola that may be able to help you https://www.fioritoviaggieturismo.it/ I don't know anything about them because that was not what I was searching for.
