In GB, we took several great day tours with minivan companies but I can't find similar companies in Florence for day tours around the area. CAF seems to be a leading tour company there, affiliated with Grayline. Reviews of their tours on TripAdvisor are all over the map, excellent to horrible. Any experiences with them here, or suggestions for better choices in Tuscany/Umbria? Thanks.
