Are cabs available at Pompei Scavi. We would like to tour Pompei for a few hours in the morning then take a cab to Lachrima Christi Winery (about 10 min drive), have lunch there and then take a cab back to Napoli train station.
Also, if there are other wineries nearby that might be considered please let us know!

A note about the winery? Lacryma/Lacrima Christi is a type of traditional wine made by multiple wineries in Campania, such as Mastroberardino and Feudi di San Gregorio, so you will want to be specific about which one you're wanting to visit.
