C3 bus in Florence

Can someone help me with the stops etc for this electric bus? I've been told this one will work for me from my apartment to Porta al Prato. Thanks.

Please note that minibuses serving the center (C1, C2, C3, D) have different routes in each direction. Service starts later than ordinary lines and ends at about 8pm.
