Wanted to buy tickets in advance for the Pantheon and Pompeii in early November, but the dates are still blacked out? Any advice?

I would not bother buying tickets in advance for the Pantheon. I have heard that the line to buy tickets with cash onsite is very quick and easy.

I've read the same as jconsol about the Pantheon: the cash-ticket line moves quickly enough not to have to worry about tickets in advance.
That said, advance tickets for November aren't on sale yet, and there's no indication when they will be. If you feel you must order in advance, then keep checking back to see when November dates become bookable.

And as above, there's no need to buy Pompeii tickets in advance either: the scavi is HUGE and can easily handle very large crowds, although most of them tend to cluster at points nearer the entrance.
