I'm trying to buy tickets for the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill on the official website for the end of April. There are tickets available every day in March, but April shows nothing--as does May, June, all the way through December.
Do they open ticket sales only so far ahead, or are all the tickets for the rest of the year really sold?

I think it's 30 days ahead, if I recall correctly.

I just did this a few weeks ago for friends and tickets were only available a week out for the Underground tour. Don’t know about just general tickets.

For my November trip, I was a able to book my underground tour tickets 30 days in advance. I wonder if that's changed, then.
