I am trying to buy a Secret Itinerary tour ticket at the Doges Palace. I am going through the offical website for the Doges Palace and I get all the way through registering for the tickets and then it says I am not a registered user of "Satispay." What is this service? I have previously purchased other tickets through Vivatickets for the Last Supper and did not have to register with this program. I would like to purchase tickets in the next week or so. Any help about on how to purchase any ticket for the Doges Palace would be good. Thank you.

I just bought tickets last week for this tour in October. On the payment page where it says "payment methods", there is a section for "credit cards" which is above the section for Satispay. Click on the "pay with credit cards" button and it will get you where you need to go.

I wonder if this is the payment service they are using. I looked back at my email receipt when I purchased in May, and the transaction receipt came from a different company. Maybe this is a new company?

Thank you Reederman and Travel4fun. I was able to purchase my tickets tonight for the Secret Itineray tour. For some reason that credit card button was not working for me before. I am now good to go for pre-purchasing all my tickets for pre and post tour. All others are included on the tour. Thank you again. Enjoy your travels.

Satispay is a method of payment via app and QR codes, just pick another method.
You can't install Satispay because the app must be linked to an European bank account that has an Iban Code.
Once you have installed it, it works as a charm, it's free for customers and cheaper than credit cards for vendors.
