Buying Padova Card

Have followed advice on buying Padova Card from Rick Steves Venice guidebook. Is there anyone that can give me the "secret" to navigating the site? Seems like I'm going in circles to buy the Padova Card and make a Scrovegni Chapel Reservation. Help please!!!

We were there in October and just bought it from the TI office. Quick and easy. The only thing is if you are interested in doing a back-to-back evening session at the Scrovengi Chapel they might not be familiar with the concept.

I purchased the Padova Card about a year ago; it's a little awkward but can be done! Go to the Scrovegni Chapel website as the RS Italy guide recommends. Right beneath the black search box in the upper right corner you can choose the British flag for English. Choose "Book Now", then scroll to the bottom of the next page for "Online Booking". On the next page you can choose "Padova Card"; then the card you wish to purchase. At that time you will be directed to the Vivaticket website; you will need to set up an account before going any further. After your account is set up you will get the option to choose the number of cards and the date and time to visit the Scrovegni Chapel. I hope this helps!

When I bought the Padova Card online in 2010, it wasn't hard at all. I'm sorry to hear it's become more complicated!

If there is a "contact us" --use it to send an e-mail. I used the site last year just for Scrovegni Chapel tickets without any trouble, but like any site, I'm sure there can be glitches.

Scrovegni Chapel is a must-see. If you are going in the evening, it is worth it to get the back-to-back ticket. The visit is very well organized and very strict about leaving after 15 minutes. I definitely felt that I could have looked around for a few more minutes--the more you look, the more you see.
