ok, call me crazy but I went to purchase 3 online audioguide tickets from the coop culture.it website and it asks for name, email and has a pull down list for nationality... I do not see USA, United States, America, etc. this seems super weird so I am wondering what nationality should we put down.

Try clicking on the flag of England - that should give you the English text. Good luck.

that's not the problem. the entire page is in english but when I use the dropdown menu to select nationality, there is noting listed for USA - there is a USA for the Virgin Islands but not america.

Sometimes they leave it in Italian even on the English page. Try "Stati Uniti".

Stati Uniti is Italian for United States. When purchasing tickets you must enter your nationality list from a drop down menu. The menu is in Italian. If you are from the UK you'll use Gran Britagne.
