I would like to buy Museum passes-tickets in Florence ahead of time. Having trouble finding the website??
Tickets for the Accademia, Uffizi and many others can be booked here: http://uffizi.firenze.it/en/musei/index.php
You can select the date and time to visit, pay on line and receive a voucher immediately by email that you will present to the ticket office a few minutes ahead of your appointed time to get your actual tickets to enter the museum.
I just booked both the Uffizi and the Accademia for dates in September and it was quite easy. Book well in advance if you can as these museums are main destinations for visitors and times fill fast.
SF Bay Area travel group in San Rafael second Saturday of the month. Bring your questions! !
You are better off i.e. you will get more selection of ticket times if you call to book rather than using the on line site which doesn't offer tickets for some times or many for other times.
Would love to attend the Bay Area Travel Group. Not available until 10/11. Traveling in Switzerland and Italy.
How do I find the locate?

If you're planning to buy a Florence Pass you can get it at any participating museum -- we did it at the Pitti Palace with no line. Then used it for quick entry to Accademia and Uffizi.
Travel group at Panera in Northgate Mall.
Another site you can use is, http://www.florence-tickets.com/museum-tickets.html, I am heading to Rome, Florence, Pisa and Venice in Oct this year and have used this site to purchase my tickets/voucher. Its fairly simple, choose your date, time and number of persons. The site offers an English version by selecting the British flag from the top right drop down arrow.

Looks like you're set with a few options.
