Has anyone had trouble using the viva ticket site? I've just spent at least half an hour trying to buy a Padova Card with the Scrovegni admission. I got all the way to having the two I wanted in my cart, but when I hit "Confirm," I got a message that the tickets had promotional restrictions and couldn't get to a Purchase button. I simply followed directions to pick a date and time, so am not sure what else I could do. Very confusing. I suppose I could wait until I get to Italy (will be in Verona first) and ask for help at the hotel, but would hate to miss on getting the Scrovegni tickets since that would only be a couple of days in advance. Thanks for any advice.
