Tried to buy tickets and book timed entry for Colosseo/ Roman Forum in Rome, referencing Stives' Tour Book ITALY.
But the sites he provided "Coorculture.it", and "parcocolosseo.it" did not work.
Anyone has updated site for the booking?
Please help.

Just to add to Christine's helpful reply, the parcocolosseo.it website only comes up (for me, anyway) during the hours, Rome time, that the attractions it covers are open. I have the same problem with Galleria Borghese's official website.
The good news, as you've just learned, is that the ticketing portal for the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine is active 24/7. Galleria Borghese's official ticketing vendor is too, in case you were planning on booking that one. :O)

There have been many changes in ticketing this past year; some happening long after the latest RS guide went to press. It's always best to go to the official websites for the attractions you wish to see as hours and entry fees and all sorts of stuff can change on a dime. Don't know what those are? Just ask, as you've done here.
As well, you can check the guidebook updates section of this website for changes other travelers have reported since guidebooks went to press.
