Hello,
Looking for tips on the best transportation from Bolzano to Ortisei to hike Seceda. I won't have a car. Is bus or private transfer available? If bus, is there an app to help with routes? All help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

The #350 bus runs from Bolzano to Ortisei quite frequently throughout the day. I had a bad experience with motion sickness on that bus, and others have described similar issues with crowded, non-air conditioned buses. Search this forum for more details. The Suditrol bus app was pretty reliable.
I took the #350 to and from Ortisei in June (and hiked Seceda!). Trip takes about an hour. No motion sickness for me, but it was hot on the bus and it was crowded. Bus station is about a block north of the train station. Pluses: the bus station is air-conditioned and has a lovely bathroom (50 euro cent coin).
We took bus #350 a few times while staying in Ortisei as well as a few other lines in the area. Didn't have a problem with motion sickness although the bus was full. For ticket info see https://www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/tickets/ticket-finder but it's probably easiest to buy them from the counter at the bus station
Thank you all so much for this info!
If you want a private transfer, either direction, I recommend http://taxi-ivan.com/. We’ve been using him for 10 years. He’ll meet your train.
It’s €€€ for a private transfer, though. Be warned!
