Flixbus has only one bus trip a day from Venice Mestre (at the train station) departing at around 5pm, but it's not every day.
Your best option is to go by train, still from the Venice Mestre train station, which is not far from the Venice Marco Polo airport (15-20 min by taxi or city bus).
Once at the Venice Mestre station there are many trains that can get you to Ravenna, in most cases you would need to change trains at Ferrara, in few cases at Bologna.
Once at the Ravenna train station you can take a taxi or a city bus to the port. Ravenna is not exactly on the water, but the port is called Porto Corsini and is not far from the Ravenna city center where the train station is located (20 min from the port by taxi)
