Does anyone know of a bus tour, essentially of northern Italy, for a handicapped man? There would have to be little walking involved.

You might check the Elderhostel programs. I don't know if they do anything specifically for handicapped person but their program are geared towards the older tourist.

Frank, FYI, Elderhostel has changed. The new name is Exploritas and is now open to people of all ages.
