Bus timetable for bus from Taormina train station to town

Hello, I came accross this past thread
https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/italy/taking-the-train-from-messina-to-taormina-how-easy-and-reliable-is-it

Where Priscilla gives instructions on how to get the timetable/route for the bus from the station to Taormina, however Giardini Naxos isn't given as a starting destination, however just Giardini is. Does the bus still go past the train station, or is there another name I should put in for the station other than Giardini Naxos?

(will be travelling there in November).

Nobody in the area calls the town with the full name Giardini Naxos, the town is known as Giardini, that’s it. In the website below in the search function enter from GIARDINI to TAORMINA. Click then look at the FERMATE (bus stops) and it will list all stops (also displayed in the map. Many runs start in Piazza San Giovanni, in the Giardini city center at the beach, some start even further south a few stops earlier. The Taormina-Giardini train station is actually north of Giardini on the way to Taormina. All buses, no matter where they start in Giardini, make a stop at the station on the way to Taormina. The bus stop in Taormina you want is the Terminal Bus on the road leading to Porta Messina.

If you're going to Taormina, the closest train station is Taormina-Giardini. Last year I went from Siracusa to Taormina-Giardini and then took the bus from the station to Taormina with no wait time.

Thanks folks.

According to Trenitalia's website, at the time I'm looking to get there is only a 5 minute connection time between the train arriving and the bus departing. Is the bus right outside the station and easy to obviously spot?

If the train is delayed several minutes, would the bus wait for it?

The bus stop is right in front of the beautiful station, as you can see in this photo where all those people are waiting at the bus stop.

Whether the bus driver will wait beyond the scheduled departure time because of a train delay I don't know. If it's just a few minutes late maybe, if it's a longer delay, I doubt it.
