What is the best way to get from the Colosseum/Forum to the Borghese museum, how long would it take. We have 5pm reservations at the Borghese. I heard it was confusing to get to , you can exit the bus at various stops...advice???

Scroll about halfway down, past the Facts & Info section. We took the metro ourselves, but honestly if I had to do it again, I'd take the bus. Given traffic, and the fact that you need to be there 30 minutes early to check purses, cameras, etc. give yourself plenty of time. The park around the museum is beautiful, so you can wander around a little if you get there early.
