Which is the better option? We will be traveling mid-day on a Wednesday.? any help is appreciated :)

If you are traveling from the airport the buses are waiting just in front of the main entrance.
Purchase ticket from the driver and its a 50 minute trip to the Sorrento bus station.
If traveling from downtown Naples it might be toss up. Good luck.

I've done the three of them , train, bus and ferry . Being train my least favorite. Being at the airport ,in my opinion the easiest , more comfortable way is by bus.

It depends on how you are getting to Naples in the first place. If by train, then train to Sorrento is a good choice. If you are flying into the airport, then bus may be a better option.
