We are traveling from Sorrento to Rome on June 16 (a Sunday). Which mode of transportation will be the most convenient - bus or train? Is there anything specifically we need to know about either?

The direct bus to Rome would be most convenient. The train would require a transfer in Naples.

Transfers are extremely easy. Go by train, it runs on a high-speed track between Napoli and Roma, up to 260km/h.
