Bus in Italy

Has anyone had any experience with Itabus in Italy? They are run by Italo rail. Many places they are faster than the train.

I am curious about Itabus as well; there are very few mentions of the company online (probably because it is so new), and the reviews that do exist range from very positive (a few) to strongly negative (many more). Many issues seem to stem from the company's insistance that riders wear masks onboard, which I understand is still universally required on all other public transport in Italy.

Itabus is an interesting concept -- free wifi and an onbaord bathroom, regular seating downstairs for a very low price, and roomier, reserved seats upstairs for a still reasonable fare.

I'm interested in taking it from Siena to Rome in October, since it is quicker than rail and offers direct (I believe even nonstop) service.
