Can anyone please tell me the bus number or where to get the bus from the airport to Termini station? I have been told it's much less expensive then the train.
Thanks
IT is cheaper at 4 euros but subject to traffic jams. The Leonardo Express train is non-stop and 14 euros, and the regional train which makes several stops is 8 euros, I think.
Google works wonders.
Also, the Ron In Rome website has lots of information, but it is down for maintenance so perhaps it is being updated.

The Terrevision bus goes every 50 minutes for 4 EUR.

The bus station is well-signed along the way, but it is a long walk from the international terminal. There are several bus companies with schedules and prices listed at the ticket windows, all in one row.
While the Leonardo Express is more expensive at €14 PP, it's a much easier option after a long international flight. The trip from the airport to Termini is about 32 minutes. If you decide to use that, BE SURE to validate your ticket prior to boarding the train, or you'll risk a hefty fine which will be collected on the spot!
Bus and Metro tickets in Rome also have to be validated prior to use, or again hefty fines.
