is a rundown of the buses (I THINK) and there is one that does a few runs per day (I have taken it FROM Salerno to the airport at like 4:30am) and if one works for you, its perfect!
Looks like there are only 2, I would just take the Alibus from the airport to Napoli Centrale and then a train to Salerno

Agree with Katherine, take the Alibus to the station, 15min €5. Then regional train to Salerno around 45min €6.
