Trying to have bus transport options in case of a Friday train strike..any suggestions on finding a bus from Lucca to Florence. Hoping to pick up a bus from Florence to Naples after that. Any helpful websites?

Even with a strike, there will be some trains operating. For the trip from Florence to Naples, you could also look at Italo Treno (it doesn't appear that they will also be on strike). You can buy Italo tickets online at www.captaintrain.com or on the Italo website.
