If the timetable online is correct for Giuntabus. We are planning on catching the 12.40pm bus from the airport to Milazzo, with a change at Messina.
Can anyone assist us, with what time the bus is likely to arrive in Milazzo. ???
We have a ferry to catch to Salina.
And is there more than 1 bus company to choose from??
Rome2Rio indicates a travel time of 3 hours from CTA to the Port of Milazzo. We did the leg from CTA to Messina in 2012, then a private transfer to Milazzo. 3 hours sounds about right to me. I don't know if there is another bus company, but Guintabus was perfectly adequate for our purposes.
I did this both coming and going from Lipari. The transfer in Messina is very simple. SAIS may also have part or all of the trip covered.
