I'm just wondering what sites to use to look up scheduling and pricing. Ex- Florence to Siena, Florence- Assisi. Naples- Sorrento. (I don't mind looking it up just forget the sites and it's hard to 'search' for that). But if I remember right the train between Naples and Sorrento is seperate from rest of trains, and it doesn't show prices on Trenitalia so...? and trips from Florence to Siena and Assisi is best by bus, right? Thanks so much!!

Leslie, for Florence to Siena, the SITA Corse Rapide bus may be best. http://www.sitabus.it/sita-toscana/Firenze-Siena2010.pdf For Florence to Assisi, the train is probably faster. It's a 2.5hr journey. www.trenitalia.com For Naples to Sorrento, use www.vesuviana.com for the train system. The journey takes about 1.25hrs. For a second choice, there is bus service from the Naples airport to Sorrento. For a third choice, there is the ferry or hydrofoil from the Naples port which is a short taxi ride from the train station.
