Susan, we had a WONDERFUL lunch at Gatto Nero on Burano last year. I would highly recommend it. I would also recommend Venissa, which is on Mazzorbo, a neighboring island connected to Burano by a bridge - although we just had apperitivo there, not lunch. But I have read good things about the restaurant.
