Budget friendly photography workshops Italy

My friend and I are planning a trip to Italy in February to capture unique photos in the off-season. Does anyone know of reasonably priced photography workshops (daily)? We're not beginners, but have lots to learn and hope to have guidance on finding the best photo ops as well as, tips to improve our photography. Our itinerary is not finalized, but will include Venice, Florence, Rome, Montepulciano, Cinque Terre, and a few other locations.

You might want to look up 'Marco Secchi Venice Photo Walks'. They're rather pricey, but the rate is per group of up to four, not per person.

Although I can't help with the photo workshop, What I suggest is free and should get you some great images.
At about 3:30 get on a vaporetto and go up the main canal, past the station to the end. They will make you get off, You want to do this anyway. Wait for the next slow vaperetto going down the main canal, the ones with outside seating at the front. Be ready to go to a righthand front and from about 5:00pm the golden hour light should be perfect as you go down the Main Canal. Just have one camera and take something like a 24-70mm, if you haven't a 16 to 35 or a 17-40 are also an option. 24-105 is another that will allow you to have a range of image choices, and keep your shutter up at about 250 to 500 (depending on how well you handhold, and f7 to f8, with your iso on auto. I usually have a polariser on this time of day, but if you don't have one that's fine, some don't like these at all anyway.

Just after the Rialto was my favourite area.

Google "photo shots in Venice" will return a lot of sites
try this one for example, it even provides a map. https://notanomadblog.com/best-photography-locations-venice/

Last year I took a workshop in London and it was the best money for a tour I spent.

With the number of people and the narrow streets, tripods are problematic, but you still can use them, if you are selective either early or late. On the streets, I favoured my 17-40, fixing up the wide end distortion in lightroom.
best of luck
ps you might want to adjust the departure time for the time of year you are going.
