Budget for Two for Two Weeks

I've read a fair amount of ideas on here about budgeting; we've booked our accommodation which runs between 80-110E/night. Would a budget of $150 USD/pp/pd be enough to cover all costs--travel, hotel, food, snacks, tours and spending? Or would this cover only the needs and not souvenirs, etc.? Thanks :-)
