Breakfast times on RS tour vary depending on the day's activities and if it's a travel day, so the above answer is sometimes accurate.

What time do we typically meet for breakfast?

I don't know.....what time do you want to meet? (LOL)

If you are asking about a tour, but didn't say so, you don't "meet" for breakfast. You go down when you want as long as you are ready to go at departure time. Some people get to the breakfast room when it opens, some as late as possible.
