Botanic Gardens in Rome--have you been?

I'd love to see a botanical garden in Rome while I'm there. I've been to some gardens (e.g. Borghese), but not any botanical ones. I see one near Trastevere on the map, and may try it out, but would love advice from anyone who's been there/done that! thanks!
