We will be staying at Boscolo Bellinin, Rio Terà Lista di Spagna. Wondering what is the best transportation to get to our hotel from the airport? Prices?

Look at the above. It will take you 5 minutes to see your options. As you hotel is right near Venezia St Lucia station, I would get the bus from the airport to Piazzale Roma. Then cross the foot bridge and walk for a few minutes to your hotel.
