Sorry, not sure what your question is. Do you mean can you get by in English. I would guess almost assuredly. If this is ski related, Bormio is a major resort, and I believe may also be venue for the upcoming Winter Olympics. Although it is one place I have not been, I have skied all over the Alps and English is the universal 2nd language. Swedes can talk to Poles and Italians to Germans thanks to the English language.
