I went on the website you provided —and which I've used in the past to get tickets for the Borghese — and received a confirmation of my entry to the Gallery on May 15 at 11:00am.

I didn't, however, receive an actual e-mailed ticket. Will I receive one shortly? Or do I bring my confirmation to the Borghese and get my ticket there?

I've been to the Borghese twice before, but I don't recall whether I got an e-mailed ticket or brought my confirmation to the ticket booth.

Sam: I booked last night and received the lengthy email confirmation. About halfway down after the total there is a heading: “ Pick-up/delivery”

I opted to pick my tickets up at the venue and the email gives me thorough instructions.

I guess you're luckier than I am.

My e-mailed confirmation is in Italian and I don't see where I can click to specify whether I want an e-mailed ticket or the option of picking up my ticket at the Borghese.

Thanks for everyone's input on my Borghese ticket "issue."

Issue resolved: I e-mailed customer service, which is [email protected]
I found the address on my ticket confirmation.

I was told on the day of my entry to bring my confirmation, proof of identity, and the credit card used.
