Borghese Tickets

I understand you have to wait till 60 days before you want tickets to purchase them. I found on the Borghese Gallery website that they recommend Tiqets.com, and I've created an account with them. Rick suggests www.tosc.it, but it doesn't allow me to create an account from my server I guess because I'm not in Europe? If I can't get tickets through them, I'll pay a bit more and go through Get Your Guide or other sources. I don't need a tour but will sign up for that if it's my only option. Since tickets go on sale at midnight Italy time, I will plan to buy tickets 6 hours before. Sometimes Italian websites are tricky! Any suggestions? I only have a couple of days in Rome before I head to Sicily for a RS tour. Thanks for any help.

We went to Rome December 2023, the Borghese Gallery ticket was easy to purchase, just jump on it right after it opens up. I created accounts ahead of time(at home in NY) and practiced putting tickets in shopping carts before actually buying the tickets. Good luck!

Thank you! I’m looking to visit the Borghese on April 15 after arriving in Rome on April 14 in the morning. I plan to leave Rome on April 16 probably in the afternoon. So 60 days prior is what I should aim for? Thanks again!

I created an account at tosc.it. I’ll keep track as it gets closer.

I think it should be fine. We got the first timed entry. It is a beautiful museum, one of our favorite. It is small, we were there for little over an hour.

It's a timed entry ticket limited to 2 hours. We spent all two hours there.
They will issue you a colored wrist band that corresponds to the entry time, so they will know after two hours, who shouldn't be there. I saw the staff tell a tour guide with several people to hurry up and leave as his allowed time was up.
