When I got on the official website I only see two dates for ticket sales 4/8 & 4/9. Does anyone know when they will release other dates? Want to order for 5/1.

Call them. They have been very busy with the 12th Week of Culture. You can often get more by fone than by interweb. They speak nearly perfect English.

It's very simple CALL them up. I did and they were very helpful. I made reservation on the phone to book our time and day. You will get a claim number from them. you have to be there 30 minutes Before your time. The ticket place is downstairs

Thomas, if you carry anything in with you, you may be asked to check it downstairs. You'll get a claim ticket, the storage area is enclosed and always staffed.

I tried to get a reservation for May a couple of weeks ago and they told me to call back the first week of April. Calling is the way to go. They don't take long to answer and speak decent English.
