Borghese ticket booking issues

Good day-

I've read several threads on this and cannot seem to figure out why I can't purchase our tickets. I am changing it to EE1, individual, entering my address and credit card info, and turned off google translate. I get all the way until the end and it tells me to try again. I'm trying to book for 4/19 and tickets are available. I'm using the correct website. Any advice?

What do you mean by "all the way to the end"? Is this before or after you enter your credit card details? If after, card may be the problem. You may have to notify your bankmof a foreign transaction ahead of time. Or the website just might not like your card. Some North American Visa and Mastercards are rejected by many European websites, as lacking an additional security layer.

I don't know specifics for this purchase, but I'll give my standard advice in these situations:

1) Try a different browser (Opera, Chrome, Firefox) or a different device (phone, tablet, computer). For unclear reasons, sometimes one will not work when another one will.

2) Call your credit card company. They can tell you if the got the transaction and blocked it (in which case they can remove the block) or never got the transaction (in which case, they can't do much - see my tip number 1 above).

And for the Borghese, there's always 3) Call them directly. Using Skype or Google Hangouts, this is inexpensive, and you can get reservation directly. The number is +39 06 32810; per their website, hours are 9-18 Monday through Friday, and 9-13 Saturday.

Try a different card. I've had the same problem for 3 days.

I tried Google & Explorer with the same non results you had. I just changed from trying to use my credit card to a debit card and it went through.
