Hey all, I'm struggling to find consistent info on booking reservations for the Borghese if I want to use the RomaPass. For starters, I can't seem to locate the "call back" link that a lot of people have been referring to. Does this still exist? Secondly, what's up with the reservation time slots? I'm hoping to visit in mid-late March but when I go to the website to look at available dates, it only gives me from 2/5/13-2/24/13 (so about 20 days?). From what I've read around some people are saying you can only reserve out 30 days and others say as far out as weeks at a time. Can anyone help clarify all of this?
Thanks guys, guess I'll give them a call. I could have sworn I saw dates for March a couple weeks ago when I was looking. I wonder why they would change displayed dates like that - hopefully it's not sold out on the date we're planning to go!
If the website isn't show the dates in March then in it is too early to book. It's really simple to call the reservation office and reserve: +39 06328101 or ask your hotel to do.
Italy is a very fickle place. Sometimes you'll see reservations open up weeks in advance and sometimes those same reservations are only open a week or two in advance. They move at their own pace so you just nned to keep checking the website. When the slots do open up simply call to book the reservation. They stopped doing the call back option a while ago so now you'll need to call them. It's a very quick and easy call to make. Just let them know you'll be using the pass for entry. Donna

Thanks Sue. I actually asked the hotel if they were able to help with reservations but unfortunately, they replied back stating that they don't offer assistance with that. So I'll be flying solo on trying to reserve a spot with this. I'm just hoping the availability for it will show up soon. Right now it seems like they're only listing spots through the 24th of this month. I wonder why they do it this way - it seems like they're trying to make it unpredictable. But what's the point? It's not like people are going to scalp the tickets, are they?
You said last week you would call. Seems like you are still worrying rather than calling. Remember the time zones.
Nigel, I forgot to mention that I actually did call. The woman I spoke with told me that I need to call back later (maybe 2 weeks in advance) because the dates I am requesting are not available but they might be later. It sounds like whatever is on the website is what stands, and calling in won't change that.
