I've attempted numerous times to reach the Borghese Gallery via phone. Continue to get a message indicating the reservation desk is closed and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I call during those times.
I've also attempted to reserve online using the website recommended by Rick Steves and don't get verification that my reservation was either received or otherwise made.
I thought I saw a previous blog about this same problem a week or so ago but at that time, it didn't concern me so I didn't read it.
Does anyone know if there is a third way to contact the Borghese and make a reservation?

If you had tried today, that wouldn't have worked since today is May 1st, one of the biggest holidays in Italy and there would have been nobody there.
They are also never there on a Monday.
You might try calling tomorrow, and remember the time difference. You're not real clear where "broadway" is so I can't give you the hours difference.
Ron in Rome has a detailed explanation on how to make reservations. Keep in mind that today (May 1) is a holiday and the museum is probably closed. Also, when you call make sure you are calling during Italian business hours, so factor in the time difference.

We went through the reservation link on the web site with no problem. Printed the tickets at home. You credit card needs to be aware that a foreign credit card charge is coming or they will flatly rejected it.
Thank you for your responses. Very much appreciated...

Hope you're having more success this week. Buon viaggio!
