I can not get gallery reservation on Borghese website. Am I doing something incorrect or do I need to telephone? Thanks.

What date are you trying to reserve? As of this post the museum is sold out until May 17 and reservations are only being accepted through July 6. If you are having trouble reserving call, it only takes a couple of minutes and there in an option for an English speaking operator.

I called for reservations (#06-32810 and press 2 for English). You will pay for your tickets when you arrive. Calling was easier than using the website. Enjoy!

We called our hotel and had them help us book it. Very easy.
Or you can try an email if they have one.

I'd second the suggestion of calling the gallery directly to make the reservation once you're inside the 3 month window. Far easier than the website. Enjoy! It is a great perfectly sized museum.
