Borghese gallery suspected ticket purchase disaster

I bough a ticket to the Borghese gallery - Full price + English guided tour, on the ticketone.it website. I paid 25.00 euros. This includes ticket insurance for 1.50 Euros. Looking at the order confirmation I printed, I can't seem to find evidence of the date of my tour. I know I wanted July 21. But the only date I can find on the paper is "Tue, 21.03.2017" Does this mean I screwed up and bought a ticket for March 21 instead of July 21?? I can't believe this can be possible. Did I loose my money?

Did you buy the ticket on March 21? It's possible that the date you purchased the ticket is what you see on that paper. Is there a place on the website to contact them? If so, I would do that and ask them. I'm not familiar with that website but maybe someone else will respond who has used them.

Mike,

I know I wanted July 21. But the only date I can find on the paper is "Tue, 21.03.2017" Does this mean I screwed up and bought a ticket for March 21 instead of July 21??

When did you book your ticket? Is it possible that you booked it on March 21st?

Have you tried contacting TicketOne?

Edit to add...

The TicketOne website, displays a calendar (for booking tickets), so one could easily book a ticket for March (current month), if one accidentally omitted to change the month at the top of the calendar.

If you presume this is what may have happened, then I'd suggest booking a new ticket for your desired date.

Mike,
My confirmation from Ticketone says "...details of the transaction you successfully executed... on 1/31/17." Further down the email is a recap of the ticket clearly stating Sunday, 5/7/17. If this information isn't on your email, I would contact Ticketone, referencing your order number, and ask them to confirm the details of the ticket you purchased. Hopefully, all is well. Otherwise you can ask their help.

The top of my confirmation reads: " We have received your order with the order number [the number] (3/4/17 5:04 PM)... please print out this page...

@ priscilla I can't think of any evidence that you are not right - I picked the date of the month I wanted but somehow failed to change the month from marzo to luglio. I f---ed up and wasted €25.

Call them and explain what happened. Maybe they'll take pity and refund you the money while they schedule you for the time you need. You won't know til you try.

Mike,
If you bought "ticket insurance" that could possibly mean you could rebook. Also, when you go to the page, choose English (British) rather Italian. Much easier.

I acutally called the Borghese gallery ticket number in Italy. I started explaining my situation; the lady on the phone's only answer was, "for internet tickets, I can't help you"... I said "grazie" and ended the call. The lady on the phone might or might not have understood what I think I did, and I felt too silly about taking up any more of her time; I think the only thing to do is for me to very carefully go back on the internet and buy another ticket. I would rather buy it on the internet and then print the confirmation page.

Mike, why not just email them?

ticketone (if that's the website where you bought your ticket):

"In the event you have not been able to find the answer to your questions in this section, we will be very pleased to answer any questions by email. Please send any questions you may have to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. "

Remember this. In Europe, 9/11 is November the ninth. In the USA it is September the eleventh.
