Borghese Gallery Reservations

I'm sorry it this has been answered before but I was going to make an on-line reservation for two for the Gallery and was not expecting to have to buy the tickets at the same time; I thought I was going to be able to just reserve a time (and pay the reservation fee). We will have a Roma pass so when we go we will pay a reduced rate.

When I went to do this on line it appeared that I had to buy the tickets at the same time. They did indicate that if you had a Roma pass you should call their phone number, but I would rather do it on line. So I canceled out the process.

How do you make an on line reservation when you plan on using a Roma Pass.

You can't.

If you want to use the Roma Pass you need to either call or ask your hotel to reserve for you. With the Borghese's "new" call-back feature, calling is pretty simple these days.

Ron in Rome has directions on how to do it.

I reserved on the phone also because of the Roma pass. I didn't have to use the "callback" feature, because the phone was answered. They gave me a confirmation # and I made sure to take it with me.

Don't forget the time difference, it was easy.

Have a great trip, the Borghese is the Museum that we liked the best.

I tried the call back feature but the website indicated the "feature is unavailable". I tried this a 4:00PM Rome time.

Anyone else have a problem similar to this when they tried?

Ken & Marcia - that's odd. Perhaps their system was down. You could try again, and if staying a hotel, ask if they will reserve for you.

Jason - Yes, 2 hours is perfect, since they will kick you out after the 2 hours are up :-)
